All Emoash products are made to order using print-on-demand technology. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. However, we will always resolve any genuine issues with your order.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We offer a replacement or refund if:

Your item arrives damaged or defective

There is a production error (e.g. incorrect print or wrong item)
You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

2. Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Incorrect size ordered

Customisation or spelling errors provided by the customer

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Normal wear and tear after use
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this time, production begins and the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
4. Return Shipping
If your issue qualifies for a replacement or refund:
