Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated 4 October 2026

Emoash (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name of Brenu Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (no. 17437432), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for personal information collected through emoash.co.uk.

This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you visit our website, make a purchase or contact us.

1

Information we collect

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number and delivery address
  • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details
  • Order data: products purchased and order history
  • Account details (only if you create an account): your name, email, phone number, saved delivery addresses, saved favourites and whether you'd like marketing emails. Your password is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, so nobody — including us — can read it
  • Communications: emails or messages you send us
  • Device & usage data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited
3

Who we share it with

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Printful — printing, packing and delivery of your order
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and security, and our order database (Cloudflare D1), which stores your order, delivery details and its status so we can fulfil and track it
  • Resend — sending order and account emails such as shipping confirmations, email-address confirmations and password-reset links, and delivering messages you send through our contact form (your name, email address, order details, message and any photos you attach)
  • Delivery carriers, and authorities where the law requires it

We never sell your personal information.

4

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses are in place.

5

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years to meet UK tax requirements, and other information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

If you create an account, we keep it until you delete it. You can delete it at any time from Account → Details; this removes your account, saved addresses and favourites straight away (records of past orders are kept for the six years above).

6

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent or receive a copy of your data. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

7

Children

Our website is intended for adults buying for their families. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

8

Cookies

We only use essential browser storage needed for the site to work — for example, remembering what's in your basket and your saved favourites. If you sign in, we set a secure cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, or until you sign out. Stripe sets its own cookies on the checkout page to prevent fraud. We don't use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we'll ask for your consent first.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will appear on this page with a new date.
